Enovis Hyderabad is seeking an Learning & Development Delivery Specialist to drive onboarding and ongoing development for a global workforce. You will design and deliver training programs, running online and in-person sessions, and assess performance to coaching employees.

Collaborate with team leads to ensure content aligns with internal processes and customer needs, while delivering clarity in communications with international customers and driving continuous improvement of training materials.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in training delivery or learning support.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
• Experience in designing and delivering online and classroom-based training.
• Ability to assess learner performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Responsabilités

• New Hire Training: Deliver induction and onboarding sessions focused on internal processes, systems, and compliance requirements.
• Learning Design: Create and update online learning modules and classroom materials to support operational excellence.
• Facilitation: Conduct interactive classroom sessions and virtual training to ensure knowledge transfer and skill development.
• Assessment & Evaluation: Observe and assess learner performance during and after training; conduct knowledge checks and practical assessments to validate readiness.
• Coaching & Support: Provide one-on-one coaching and feedback to new hires to reinforce learning and improve performance.
• Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from learners and stakeholders to refine training content and delivery methods.
• Clarity & Communication: Deliver workshops and interventions focused on clarity and communication with international customers.
• Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and supervisors to align training with operational needs and performance goals.

Learning & Development Delivery Specialist

Role Overview:

As an L&D Team Member, you will play a key role in supporting the onboarding and development of new hires within a Global Business Centre based in Hyderabad. Your primary focus will be on delivering training programs that ensure employees understand internal processes, systems, and tools required for their roles. You will design and deliver engaging learning experiences, both online and in-person while assessing performance, providing feedback, and coaching to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• New Hire Training: Deliver induction and onboarding sessions focused on internal processes, systems, and compliance requirements.

Experience & Qualifications:

• 3 years+ of experience in training delivery or learning support, preferably in an international contact centre or customer service environment.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
• Experience in designing and delivering online and classroom-based training.
• Ability to assess learner performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
