Job summary

Enovis Hyderabad is seeking a Learning & Development Delivery Specialist to drive onboarding and ongoing development for a global workforce. You will design, deliver, and refine online and in-person training programs that ensure staff understand internal processes, systems, and tools, while assessing performance and coaching for continuous improvement.

You will lead induction sessions, create engaging modules, facilitate sessions, and partner with leaders to align training with performance goals

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in training delivery or learning support, preferably in an international contact centre or customer service environment.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
• Experience in designing and delivering online and classroom-based training.
• Ability to assess learner performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).

• New Hire Training: Deliver induction and onboarding sessions focused on internal processes, systems, and compliance requirements.
• Learning Design: Create and update online learning modules and classroom materials to support operational excellence.
• Facilitation: Conduct interactive classroom sessions and virtual training to ensure knowledge transfer and skill development.

• Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from learners and stakeholders to refine training content and delivery methods.
• Clarity & Communication: Deliver workshops and interventions focused on clarity and communication with international customers.

Role Overview:
As an L&D Team Member, you will play a key role in supporting the onboarding and development of new hires within a Global Business Centre based in Hyderabad. Your primary focus will be on delivering training programs that ensure employees understand internal processes, systems, and tools required for their roles. You will design and deliver engaging learning experiences, both online and in-person while assessing performance, providing feedback, and coaching to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Experience & Qualifications:
