Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Leader in Testing & Quality Assurance in Bengaluru. You will develop testing strategies, lead a team of testers, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure high-quality software releases. The role emphasizes automated testing and QA process improvements in an AI-driven environment.

We expect strong leadership, communication, and a passion for quality in a fast-paced team that values integrity and innovation. Hybrid work model in India is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related engineering/IT field.
• Proven experience in testing strategies and QA leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, API testing, and test automation.
• Experience with UAT, SOA testing, and defect lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement testing strategies and quality standards.
• Manage a team of testers and QA specialists to ensure efficient testing processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements and acceptance criteria.
