You will engage in solving complex reporting challenges, delivering custom Workday reports, dashboards and analytics to clients across industries including Commercial, Higher Education and Healthcare. You will collaborate with leadership, translate requirements, and help drive continuous improvement in our Workday practice while developing your career in a global, entrepreneurial

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, math, engineering, CS or related field.
• Current Workday certification preferred.
• 5+ years hands-on Workday reporting experience with varied tools.
• Strong knowledge of Workday security model and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Participate actively as a reporting consultant on project teams.
• Translate legacy reporting requirements into Workday reports.
• Understand Workday modules: HCM, Academics, Payroll, Benefits, Financials, SCM, Student.
• Build reports, dashboards, discovery boards and embedded analytics.
• Communicate with project and client leadership; support project goals.
• Identify process improvements and refine methodology.

Requirements:

• Participate actively as a Reporting consultant on one or more project teams


• Translate legacy customer reporting requirements into Workday reporting tools.


• Understand and communicate touch points with the different Workday modules like HCM, Academics, Payroll, Benefits, Financials, Supply Chain, and Student.


• Build custom reports, dashboards, discovery boards, and embedded analytics using Workday’s reporting toolset


• Support key communication to project and client leadership


• Closely follow the strategic direction set by leadership when establishing Workday project goals


• Support the identification of process improvements and changes to our methodology based on project experience


• Substantial and measurable delivery within the reporting workstreams of 1 or more HCM, Financials, or Student implementations for at least two phases


• Excellent communication skills, oral and written, and the interpersonal skills needed quickly to establish relationships of trust and collaboration

Preferences:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Math, Engineering, Computer Science, or relevant field of study


• Current Workday certification


• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in a Workday reporting role using the various different tools from simple to complex reports.


• Strong knowledge and experience with the Workday security model.


• 5+ years of experience with report writing experience with enterprise reporting tools.


• Experience with reporting tools like Prism, BIRT, dashboards, discovery boards, embedded analytics, and future report specific functionality.


• Ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project-management and technical dimensions


• Excellent time-management and prioritization skills


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and experience with tools such as Excel and Access used to translate information and requirements into documentation and solution design
