Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation, a global leader in climate and energy solutions, is seeking a Lead - WC Chiller Sustaining & Value Engineering for its Gurgaon/Sricity location.

You will drive VE initiatives, optimize chiller designs (screw, scroll, centrifugal), lead cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery from concept to release with risk control.

The role requires 8–12 years in product and value engineering and a BE/BTech degree.

Qualifications

• Chiller expertise in screw, scroll and centrifugal systems.
• 8–12 years of product and value engineering experience.
• BE/B.Tech degree is required.
• Thermal and performance testing including AHRI/BEE/ASME.

Responsibilities

• Design, development and localization of chillers.
• Drive VE and product optimization initiatives for chillers.
• Support troubleshooting, RCA and field issues.
• Manage ETO/MTO customization for customers.
• Develop technical proposals and capture requirements.
• Lead cross-functional and cross-regional alignments.
• Ensure compliance with standards and certifications (BEE, AHRI, ASME).
• Drive continuous improvement in quality and reliability.
• Oversee end-to-end execution from concept to release with timelines and risk control.

About the role

As the Lead -WC Chiller Sustaining & Value Engineer forCarrier.,you'll executes elements of product development activities and testing. Responsible for enhancing commonality and optimization of product and components.

Requirements
