Role & responsibilities

• Lead hardware validation strategy and technical decision-making.
• Define validation plans for motherboard products.
• Review validation results and identify product risks.
• Provide technical guidance for debugging and problem resolution.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration during product development.
• Mentor engineers and improve validation methodologies.

Preferred candidate profile

• Manage and mentor a performing team, lead the team with technically and Non technical tasks.
• Collaberation with Cross Fucnctional teams
• Deep expertise in EE fundamentals, including high-speed signaling,power integrity (PI) ans signal integrity(SI)
• Advanced Power Architecture: involving high-current Buck/Boost topologies and low- noise LDOs designing.
• Communication protocols I2C, SPI, UART, USB with the ability to troubleshoot complex protocol timing issues and bus contentions
• Expert-level proficiency with oscilloscopes, digital multimeters (DMM), logic analyzers,electronic loads, and programmable power supplies
• Experience on usage of 3D-Xray, LIT, CT Scan for failure analysis.
