Qualifications

• PhD or Master's in Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, or Semiconductor Engineering.
• 3+ years in high-efficiency silicon PV solar cells, TOPCon or HJT.
• Knowledge of deposition systems, ultra-thin oxides, and doped polysilicon deposition.

Responsibilities

• Lead experiments to improve passivation quality of tunnel oxide and polysilicon contacts.
• Optimize metallization to reduce contact resistance and shading.
• Troubleshoot production bottlenecks and implement yield-improvement protocols.
• Author research blueprints for next-gen multi-junction or perovskite-tandem integrations.
• Represent R&D in collaborations with global solar research institutions.

Candidate Requirements

• PhD or Master's degree in Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, or Semiconductor Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience specializing in high-efficiency silicon PV solar cells, specifically TOPCon or HJT.
• In-depth knowledge of chemical deposition systems, ultra-thin tunneling oxides, and doped polysilicon deposition (LPCVD/PECVD).
• Familiarity with advanced cell characterization techniques (QSSPC, PL/EL imaging, SEM).
• Proven track record of turning R&D findings into stable, mass-production processes.
