Job summary

HDFC Bank in Guwahati is seeking a Lead Technical Analyst for Software Project Delivery & Implementation. The role focuses on ownership of end-to-end integration architecture across microservices, core banking platforms, and enterprise systems.

You will lead, architect, and govern integration flows, define and validate REST/SOAP APIs, and drive multi-system integration patterns with data contracts and schemas. Strong emphasis on interoperability and technical evaluation is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end integration architecture for large-scale systems.
• Ability to design, analyse, validate, and troubleshoot integration interfaces.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP, message queues, and multisystem integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end integration architecture and governance across platforms.
• Lead design and evaluation of cross-system integration flows and patterns.

Role

• End-to-End Integration Architecture Ownership
• Lead, architect, and govern integration flows across microservices, enterprise systems, payment gateways, core banking platforms, middleware layers, vendor systems, and thirdparty APIs.
• MultiSystem Integration Design
• Define and validate integration patterns—including REST/SOAP, message queues, batch interfaces, file based transfers, event driven flows, and API orchestration.
• Data Contract & Schema Oversight
• Ensure strict alignment of integration contracts, validation of JSON/XML schemas, and enforcement of version control across interconnected systems.
• System Interoperability Leadership
• Oversee integration of disparate platforms such as CRM, LOS/LMS, core banking, payment rails, reconciliation engines, reporting systems, and enterprise authentication services.
• Technical Review & Solution Evaluation
• Conduct solution walkthroughs, review interface specifications, evaluate technical feasibility, and recommend scalable design approaches.

Preferred Domain Experience

• Experience in Banking, Fintech, Payments, or Enterprise Integration Projects.
