Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level technical leadership for critical software projects across multiple platforms, ensuring architecture, development, and implementation. Oversee testing for functionality, performance, and security.
• Approve technical solutions, resolve complex issues, and anticipate problems to enable preventive action.
• Act as a key technical liaison with stakeholders, communicating technical implications and risks clearly.
• Maintain expertise in IT methodologies, architecture design, and enterprise standards; mentor staff and drive adoption of evolving standards.
• Review, author, and approve technical documentation and architecture diagrams.
• Drive continuous improvement in technical standards and adoption of emerging technologies.
• Participate in product life cycle reviews and serve as a technical advisor across meetings.
• Ensure compliance with IT and Information Security policies; validate deliverables meet requirements.
• Lead or contribute to cross-functional initiatives and special projects as assigned.
• Apply deep server-side development skills focusing on performance, security, and database efficiency.
• Troubleshoot complex system performance issues and optimize data flow across services and APIs.
• Ensure scalable and resilient backend functionality for higher demand.

Role Summary

This role provides expert-level IT technical lead services, including the integration and implementation of technologies, while applying deep backend expertise to optimize performance, ensure secure architecture, and enhance system scalability.

Responsibilites

1. Provides expert-level technical leadership for critical software, middleware, or hardware projects across multiple platforms, ensuring successful architecture, development, and implementation. Evaluates and approves development options and technical deliverables. Oversees comprehensive testing for functionality, performance, and security.
2. Approves technical solutions proposed by team members, resolves complex technical problems, and anticipates issues to enable preventive action.
3. Acts as a key technical liaison with stakeholders, effectively communicating technical implications, project risks, and solution strategies.

12. Ensures scalable and resilient backend functionality, with proactive measures for increased system demands.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in software development, architecture, and system integration and minimum 3-5 years as technical lead.
• Bachelor s degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Science or IT, or Bachelor s in Computer Applications (BCA), or Master s in Computer Applications (MCA).
• Expertise in software architecture, system design, and technical leadership for enterprise applications.
• Strong experience in Java 17 21, AWS (Lambda, ECS/EC2, Glue, DynamoDB), Adobe Reader, Microservices architecture, event-driven Kafka and AI tools
• Domain exposure of Finance or Trading is nice to have.
• AWS certification, Python and Node.js is nice to have.
