Job summary

Shashwath Solution seeks a senior integration architect with 10+ years of experience in enterprise integration, architecture patterns, and customer data management. You will design integration solutions, guide RESTful APIs (MuleSoft) with OAuth 2.0, and collaborate with in-house and outsourced teams in a hybrid India-based setup.

The role requires strong analytical, planning, and communication skills, with experience moving complex requirements into scalable architectures in a startup

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise application integration technologies and toolsets.
• 5+ years in architecture patterns and integration design principles, customer data, and strong analytical planning skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• Proficient in Agile development and related lifecycle practices.
• Extensive knowledge of application integration and infrastructure, including RESTful APIs and MuleSoft with OAuth 2.0.
• Able to translate business requirements into technical designs and communicate clearly to stakeholders.
• Willingness to learn new skills in a startup environment and coordinate in-house and outsourced teams.

• Bachelors degree in computer science or related
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise application integration technologies and toolsets
• Minimum of 5 years of Experience in architecture patterns and integration design principles, Customer data, strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.

Skills

• A thorough understanding of software development methodologies (Agile essential), values and procedures
• Should have comprehensive architecture knowledge and familiarity with all aspects of solution technology architecture including business, information, data, network and security.
• Must have Understanding various system development life cycle methodologies, including agile, DevOps, and traditional models.
• Strong grasp of integration standards, patterns, and best practices.
• Must have Excellent understanding of application integration and infrastructure. Familiar with system integration technologies like RESTful APIs (MuleSoft) and OAUTH 2.0.
• Should be good at Translating business requirements into business processes and technical designs.
• Must have the ability to to communicate complex technical information to various stakeholders succinctly.
• Should be open to learn new skills, technologies, and frameworks with the flexibility required in a startup environment.
• Ability to work effectively with both in-house and outsourced development teams.
• Should have Experience in directing teams and managing workloads with strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
