We are looking for accomplished Talent Acquisition professionals with strong expertise in pan-India recruitment, strategic manpower planning, employer branding, recruitment process optimisation, and team leadership. The ideal candidate should possess the ability to build robust talent pipelines and align recruitment strategies with business growth objectives.

Position Overview

Designation: Talent Acquisition Lead
Location: Mumbai
Compensation: 50 LPA
Reporting To: Head HR
Industry: B2C Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Talent Acquisition: Drive competency-based, end-to-end recruitment across India and all organisational levels through diverse internal and external sourcing channels.
• Recruitment Process Excellence: Design, streamline, and continuously improve recruitment processes, ensuring adherence to established SOPs and hiring standards.
• Manpower Planning: Partner with business stakeholders to understand workforce requirements and align recruitment priorities with organisational objectives.
• Cost Optimisation: Identify and implement recruitment cost-control measures while improving hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Employer Branding & Campus Hiring: Strengthen employer branding initiatives and build the organisation's presence across campuses for direct recruitment and summer internship programmes.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Develop strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, hiring managers, and external recruitment agencies.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the recruitment team to deliver hiring objectives and maintain high recruitment standards.
• Recruitment Analytics: Analyse monthly recruitment trends, identify hiring challenges, and implement action plans to improve recruitment outcomes.
• Background Verification & Governance: Drive employee background verification and ensure compliance with recruitment policies, processes, and established SOPs.
• Broader HR Coordination: Coordinate with relevant HR stakeholders on job descriptions, manpower planning, employee policies, training, performance appraisal, and employee communication.

Critical Selection Criteria

• Demonstrated expertise in Talent Acquisition, preferably within a large-scale B2C manufacturing organisation.
• Strong experience in managing Pan-India recruitment mandates across functions, business units, and organisational levels.
• Proven track record in recruitment strategy, process improvement, employer branding, and recruitment cost optimisation.
• Experience in managing and developing recruitment teams, along with strong stakeholder and recruitment partner management capabilities.
• Sound understanding of HR processes, employee behaviour, and organisational dynamics.
• Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and people-management skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Professionals with substantial Talent Acquisition experience in large-scale B2C manufacturing organisations, capable of managing recruitment at scale and partnering effectively with business leadership.
