Job summary

Upstox is seeking a Lead - Talent Acquisition to own end-to-end hiring across corporate functions, spanning tech and non-tech roles. You will partner with Hiring Managers, translating business needs into hiring strategies and drive positions from requirement gathering to closure.

This high-ownership role manages multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, builds targeted pipelines via LinkedIn, Naukri and campus programs, and leads offer negotiations with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Strong experience managing end-to-end recruitment across corporate functions, hiring across Tech and/or Non-Tech roles.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills, with hands-on experience using LinkedIn, Naukri and other recruitment platforms.
• Strong stakeholder and Hiring Manager management experience, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective hiring strategies.
• Strong candidate assessment and screening skills, with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, coordination, negotiation, and organizational skills, with strong ownership from requirement gathering to closure.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Hiring Managers and business leaders to understand corporate hiring requirements and define the right candidate profile.
• Own end-to-end recruitment for multiple Tech and Non-Tech roles, from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation and closure.
• Hire across diverse corporate functions, including Technology, Product, Design, Marketing, Leadership roles and Campus Programs.
• Build targeted talent pipelines using LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, market mapping, and other sourcing channels.
• Drive offer discussions, negotiations, follow-ups, and candidate closures, while maintaining accurate recruitment trackers and pipelines.
