Société Générale de Surveillance SA is seeking a System Administrator to manage Windows infrastructure, clusters, and virtualization platforms. The role requires hands-on experience with Veritas cluster and VMware, plus scripting skills for automation and monitoring.
Applicants should be proficient in ITIL processes, incident and change management, and able to operate in a global team environment. On-call duties and adherence to SOPs are expected.
System Administration Experience with Windows 2012/2016/2019/2022.Experience with Veritas Volume Manager, Understanding of Scripting, Shell scripting, Experience with Volumetry on SAN / NAS, Veritas cluster, PowerPATH, VMware platform.Troubleshooting & cluster creation of VM & physical serversMonitor, triage & troubleshoot incidents with WIN InfrastructureCluster create & configuration of VM & physical serversInstall, upgrade, maintain and support WIN InfrastructureProviding the permanent fix on the repeated alertsAnalysis of the alerts, Route cause analysisMaintain and support services/applications that are part of the WIN team’s responsibilitiesContribute to documentation and review standards and operational proceduresEnforce technical and security standards for WIN Infrastructure and servicesFollow internal processes at all time (SOPs, Golden Rules, ITIL, time tracking, escalation, etc)Work closely with peers worldwide by taking part in periodic meetings and Share KnowledgeContribute to GTS Transformation – Individual and Team level.Adhere to the support/leave planning by participate in # WEinfra / OTG/ On duty / Weekend shifts / HolidaysAgent support like Symantec, EDR, Qualys, winlogbeat, Zabbix etc..
