Job summary

Stryker in India seeks a Lead Pricing professional to design and manage pricing architecture, support new product pricing, and drive margin improvement. You will lead pricing reviews and governance, perform elasticity analysis, and build dashboards to enable visibility across channels and markets.

Strong analytics and cross-functional collaboration are essential. The role partners with Sales, Marketing and Finance to strengthen price realization and ensure governance across the portfolio,

Qualifications

• 57 years of experience in pricing, analytics, commercial finance, or strategy.
• Field or product marketing experience in the medical devices space is a plus.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis capability required; BI tools a plus.
• Execution focus and attention to detail.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to translate analytics into clear business recommendations.

• Support new product pricing, discount governance, and deal approvals


• Drive product mix optimization and margin improvement initiatives & build endcustomer and market price visibility
