NextDimension AI is hiring a Staff/Lead Engineer to build scalable backend services for our AI operating system for specialty medical practices. You will work alongside AI/ML scientists and engineers to deliver robust, data-intensive systems powering patient interactions and automation.

You will own backend development, contribute to cloud-native deployments, and engage with stakeholders to ensure production-ready solutions.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of backend software engineering experience.
• Expert-level Python and SQL.
• Experience with customers and cross-functional stakeholders.
• 3+ years building and deploying production systems at scale.
• Cloud & DevOps native; hands-on with Kubernetes, Docker, and a major cloud platform (GCP highly preferred).

As part of this team, you will collaborate with talented engineers to deliver highly scalable backend services for our world-class, AI-powered platform.

• Experienced Software Engineer: You have 5+ years of strong software engineering skills in backend development, with professional, real-world experience building and maintaining complex, data-intensive applications at scale.
• Expert-level Python skills and experience SQL.
• Experience working with customers/cross-functional stakeholders.
• 3+ years of experience building and deploying production systems at scale.
• Cloud & DevOps Native: Familiarity and hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and a major cloud platform (GCP highly preferred). You have experience deploying services in cloud environments.
