Job summary

NextDimension AI is hiring a production-quality software engineer in Gurgaon to build and deploy end-to-end solutions for medical practices. You will integrate with EHR systems, scheduling rules, and operate in a customer-facing capacity to ensure adoption and success.

The role blends heavy coding with direct calls to practice administrators to tailor the agent behavior. In-office, full-time, based in Gurgaon, with competitive compensation and equity opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building and deploying production-grade software end-to-end.
• Strong Python and SQL experience.
• Real experience integrating APIs across systems you do not control.
• GCP (or AWS/Azure) and Docker.
• Working knowledge of LLM systems: prompting, evals, retrieval, tool calling, agents.
• (Preferred) Experience in a customer facing role owning delivery and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship production-grade software for customer practices, integrating with EHR and scheduling rules.
• Collaborate with practice admins to refine agent behavior and ensure successful adoption.
• Own customer accounts end to end; balance coding with direct customer interactions.

The role

An FDE ships production software inside a customer's reality. You take a live medical practice with its own EHR, its own scheduling rules and its own five exceptions to every rule, and you build the agent that works there.

Half your week is code. The other half is calls with practice administrators figuring out what the code needs to do. You own accounts end to end and your name is on whether they succeed. This is not support or implementation. It is engineering with the customer in the room.
