Job summary

NextDimension AI is hiring a Backend Engineer in Gurgaon, in-office, to ship production software for US specialty medical practices. You’ll work directly with customers and the product team to implement reliable backend solutions.

Required: 3–5 years shipping production backend code, strong Python and SQL, API integration across systems you do not control, and experience with GCP/AWS/Azure and Docker. Excellent spoken English for weekly calls with US physicians.

Compensation: INR 20-35 LPA Base + Bonus + Equity

An Backend Engineer ships production software inside a customer's reality. You take a live medical practice with its own EHR, its own scheduling rules and its own five exceptions to every rule, and you build the agent that works there.
