Qualifications

• 8-10 years of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement development experience.
• Financial services or wealth management domain expertise.
• Experience with client lifecycle and compliance processes.
• Knowledge of Know Your Customer and Anti-Money Laundering workflows.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications preferred.

Experience, Education & Certifications

• 8-10 years of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement development experience.
