Job summary

NAV India is seeking a highly skilled Net Lead with 7+ years of experience to lead and shape the technological direction of our IT development initiatives. You will design, architect, and implement scalable software solutions aligned with business objectives and built for performance.

Responsibilities include design and build of applications, providing technical insight, guiding prototyping and design, and driving agile release planning with risk management and mentoring of the team.

Qualifications

• 7-12 years of experience in .NET technologies (ASP.NET, .NET Windows, .NET Core, C#) and MS SQL Server.
• Experience in building and integrating RESTful APIs with external systems and data sources.
• Strong understanding of design patterns and best practices for building maintainable and scalable applications.
• Experience in managing and mentoring development teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
