Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced Lead .NET Developer to guide the design, development, and deployment of robust, scalable, and user-centric web applications. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise in the Microsoft stack with a strong leadership mindset, contributing both as a hands-on developer and a mentor to the team

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development of scalable .NET-based web applications and APIs. Provide technical direction, perform code reviews, and guide the development team on best practices and design principles.
• Deliver high-quality, maintainable, and testable code with a focus on performance, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and QA to drive product and technical excellence.
• Architect and implement complex backend services using C#, ASP.NET Core, and RESTful APIs.
• Design database schemas and ensure efficient querying and data handling using Microsoft SQL Server.
• Lead performance tuning, monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives for web applications and APIs.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers through knowledge sharing, code reviews, and technical guidance.
• Take ownership of deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and application lifecycle management.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies, evaluate new tools, and introduce innovations to improve development processes.

Qualifications
