Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in .NET application development.
• 2+ years of experience leading and mentoring software development teams.
• Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core/.NET, SQL Server, JavaScript, and jQuery.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of developers.

• Experience with third-party UI controls such as Telerik and Kendo UI.
• Hands-on experience in developing and consuming REST APIs.
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies, sprint planning, backlog management, Git/Azure DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects within committed timelines while managing competing priorities.
• Exposure to AI-powered solutions or AI-assisted development in recent projects is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
