Job Description

Role Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Shopify Lead Developer to drive the design, development, and optimization of Shopify and Shopify Plus storefront. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in implementing end‑to‑end eCommerce solutions using both Shopify Liquid and Hydrogen frameworks, along with experience leading development teams, architecture scalable solutions, and collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end‑to‑end development and delivery of Shopify and Shopify Plus eCommerce websites.
• Build modern headless commerce solutions using Shopify Hydrogen and related technologies.
• Implement complete storefront design and hand‑off to production deployment.
• Develop custom functionalities, integrations, and applications using Shopify’s ecosystem and APIs.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, QA teams, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Optimize website performance, Core Web Vitals, SEO, accessibility, and conversion rates.
• Architect scalable and maintainable solutions for high‑traffic eCommerce platforms.
• Integrate third‑party services, payment gateways, ERP, CRM, OMS, and marketing automation tools.
• Conduct code reviews and establish development best practices, coding standards, and deployment processes.
