Evarastaffing in Bangalore is seeking a Lead Professional Services Technical Implementation to drive the end-to-end deployment of an AI-powered insurance product for enterprise clients. You will understand client needs, configure solutions, manage integrations, and oversee go-live and post-launch stabilization.

The role demands strong hands-on experience with Python, REST APIs, cloud deployments (Azure preferred), DevOps practices, and AI/ML workflows.

• Strong hands-on experience with Python, REST APIs, JSON, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience deploying and managing cloud-based applications - Azure preferred.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, and Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Understanding of application architecture, integrations, logging, and monitoring.
• Experience with AI/ML technologies including LLMs, RAG, AI agents, document workflows.
• Able to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in insurance or financial services is a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full implementation lifecycle from requirements to go-live and post-deployment stabilization.
• Act as primary technical point of contact for clients, conduct demos, clarify requirements, manage expectations.
• Configure product to meet client needs and integrate with existing systems (CRM, core platforms).
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, and DevOps to ensure timely delivery.
• Troubleshoot issues across application, integration, and infrastructure layers.
• Mentor and guide junior implementation engineers, promoting best practices.

Job Summary

Lead the technical implementation and deployment of an AI-powered insurance product for enterprise clients. You’ll drive end-to-end delivery - from understanding client needs and configuring solutions to managing integrations, troubleshooting, and ensuring successful go-live and post-launch stabilization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full implementation lifecycle: requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing (UAT), go-live, and post-deployment stabilization
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients - conducting demos, clarifying requirements, and managing expectations
• Configure the product to meet client-specific needs and integrate it with their existing systems (e.g., CRM, core insurance platforms)
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
• Troubleshoot technical issues across application, integration, and infrastructure layers
• Mentor and guide junior implementation engineers, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Python, REST APIs, JSON, and PostgreSQL
• Proven experience deploying and managing cloud-based applications - preferred on Microsoft Azure
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, and Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
• Sound understanding of application architecture, system integrations, logging, and monitoring
• Experience working with AI/ML technologies - including LLMs, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), AI agents, and document processing workflows
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in the insurance or financial services domain is a strong plus
