Job summary

DynPro India, deployed at the Accenture Hyderabad campus, is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Integration Developer SME. You will act as a primary consultant guiding clients through complex integration challenges and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable technology solutions.

You will lead a development team, shape architectural decisions, and mentor engineers while delivering robust interfaces, APIs, and workflow automations on the ServiceNow

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of core ServiceNow experience.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise integration methodologies.
• Ability to translate complex business workflows into technical specs.
• Hands-on with ServiceNow workflow automation and orchestration.
• Comfortable working from the Hyderabad office.

Responsibilities

Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Integration Developer to join our team as a Subject Matter Expert (SME). In this role, you will act as a primary consultant for our clients, guiding them through complex business and system integration challenges. You will collaborate cross-functionally to translate complex business requirements into scalable, practical, and maintainable technology solutions.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Act as the ServiceNow Integration SME, managing the development team and taking ownership of key architectural and implementation decisions.
• Collaborate with client teams and internal stakeholders to lead transformation initiatives, customer experience mapping, and application design discussions.
• Identify system integration challenges across multiple teams and propose innovative, scalable approaches to address them.
• Design, develop, and implement robust system interfaces, APIs, workflow automations, and orchestrations within the ServiceNow platform.
• Guide and mentor junior engineers, driving engineering excellence and boosting overall team capabilities.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Deep proficiency as a ServiceNow Integration Developer with a proven track record of successful enterprise deployments.
• Strong command over enterprise integration methodologies, API design, system interfaces, and best practices.
• Exceptional ability to deconstruct complex business workflows and translate them smoothly into technical specifications.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow workflow automation and platform orchestration.
• Minimum 5 years of core experience in ServiceNow.
• 15 years full-time formal education is mandatory (Regular Graduation degree required).
• Comfortable working out of the Hyderabad Office location.
