You will lead AI architecture efforts, drive legacy modernization, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes through scalable, cloud-native solutions.

Qualifications

• 14+ years of IT experience with proven experience as a Solution Architect in AI and modernization.
• Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) models in production environments.
• Expertise in application modernization including legacy assessment, refactoring, and monolith-to-microservices transformations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong research skills on AI trends, modernization patterns, and technologies.
• Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher.

• Design and develop AI-driven solutions and agentic platforms that deliver measurable business value.
• Lead application modernization initiatives that incorporate AI technologies to enhance and transform existing systems.
• Assess legacy systems and recommend modernization strategies.
