EPAM Systems in Pune, India seeks a Lead/Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in Corporate Actions to drive AI-enabled automation across operations. You will identify manual tasks, define AI applicability, and design scalable future-state workflows while ensuring regulatory alignment and stakeholder collaboration.

The role requires 7–15 years in IT, strong BA background, FRD prep, and Agile practices, with Gen AI familiarity. Office-based role with onsite presence 3 days/week.
