EPAM Systems seeks a Lead/Senior Business Analyst with deep Corporate Actions expertise to drive AI-powered automation across operations. You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify manual tasks, design AI-enabled solutions, and ensure end-to-end process transparency.

Applicants should have 7–15 years in IT, strong Corporate Actions knowledge, FRD/requirements skills, and familiarity with Gen AI in business processes. Hybrid work with three onsite days per week.

Responsabilidades

• Establish criteria for AI agent applicability across workflows.
• Assess current processes and validate opportunities for improvement.
• Propose solutions using standardized data products.
• Analyze workflows to uncover inefficiencies and recommend enhancements.
• Define future-state processes integrating AI with shared workflows and user interfaces.
• Ensure scalability and cross-domain applicability of designed solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align AI solutions with regulatory requirements and business objectives.
• Prepare FRDs and support requirement gathering throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work onsite from the office 3 days per week as mandatory.

In this role, you will support the deployment of AI agents designed to automate and optimize workflow tasks, reduce manual intervention, and increase end-to-end process transparency across business units.
