EPAM Systems India Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru is seeking a Lead SAP FICO RE-FX Consultant to drive design, configuration, and delivery of SAP S/4HANA solutions focusing on RE-FX, FI, and CO across global projects.

You will gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and support Lease Contract Management and IFRS16/ASC842 processes, ensuring end-to-end integration with MM, Tax, and Asset Accounting.

Qualifications

• 9-12 years of IT experience with 9+ years in SAP S/4HANA FICO and strong exposure to RE-FX.
• Experience in Lease Accounting implementations (IFRS16/ASC842).
• Knowledge of FI/CO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA) and CO processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure SAP S/4HANA RE-FX solutions across FI/CO and related modules.
• Gather business requirements and perform fit-gap analysis to identify suitable solutions.
• Prepare functional specifications and support enhancements, reports, interfaces, and workflows.
• Support Lease Contract Management and Lease Accounting processes and data migration.
• Coordinate SIT/UAT testing and assist business users during go-live and post-go-live support.
