Qualifikationen

• 12–15 years IT experience with 12+ years in SAP S/4HANA FICO and exposure to RE-FX.
• Experience in Lease Accounting implementations (IFRS16/ASC842).
• Knowledge of FI modules (GL, AP, AR, AA) and CO processes.
• End-to-end SAP project lifecycle experience: configuration, testing, migration, deployment.

Aufgaben

• Design and configure SAP S/4HANA solutions across RE-FX, FI, and CO modules.
• Gather business requirements and conduct fit-gap analysis.
• Recommend SAP best-practice solutions to meet business needs.
• Prepare functional specifications and support enhancements, reports, interfaces, and workflows.
• Support Lease Contract Management and Lease Accounting (IFRS16/ASC842) processes.
• Ensure integration between RE-FX, FI/CO, MM, Procurement, Tax, and Asset Accounting.
• Support testing, defect resolution, cutover, and deployment activities.
• Conduct SIT/UAT testing and support business users.
• Support data migration and validation activities.
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
• Provide post-go-live support and user training.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and global teams to identify process improvement opportunities and support adoption of SAP standard and fit-to-standard practices.
