Job summary

Qualifications

• 9-12 years of IT experience with 9+ years in SAP S/4HANA FICO
• Strong exposure to SAP RE-FX
• Experience in Lease Accounting implementations (IFRS16/ASC842)
• Knowledge of FI modules (GL, AP, AR, AA) and CO processes
• End-to-end SAP project lifecycle including configuration, testing, migration and deployment

Responsibilities

• Design and configure SAP S/4HANA solutions across RE-FX, FI, and CO modules
• Gather requirements and conduct fit-gap analyses to identify solutions
• Recommend SAP best-practice solutions aligned with business needs
• Prepare functional specs and support enhancements, reports, interfaces, and workflows
• Support Lease Contract Management and Lease Accounting (IFRS16/ASC842)
• Ensure integration between RE-FX, FI/CO, MM, Procurement, Tax, and Asset Accounting
• Support testing, defect resolution, cutover, and deployment activities
• Conduct SIT/UAT testing and provide support to business users
• Support data migration and validation activities
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing
• Provide post-go-live support and user training
• Collaborate with stakeholders and global teams to promote standard/sfit-to-standard practices

• Prepare functional specifications and support enhancements, reports, interfaces, and workflows
• Support Lease Contract Management and Lease Accounting (IFRS16/ASC842) processes
• Ensure integration between RE-FX, FI/CO, MM, Procurement, Tax, and Asset Accounting
• Support testing, defect resolution, cutover, and deployment activities
• Conduct SIT/UAT testing and provide support to business users

Requirements
