Job summary

Simform Solutions invites applications for a Lead Salesforce Developer (Agentforce) in Pune or Ahmedabad (preferred). The role requires 7–10 years of hands-on Salesforce development or solution architecture experience.

You will lead architecture, build Salesforce Agentforce solutions, integrate external systems via REST/SOAP, and mentor developers while driving scalable, enterprise-grade implementations. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of hands-on Salesforce development or architecture.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Agentforce and related tools.
• Hands-on experience with Agent Builder, Prompt Builder, agent actions, and at least one production or pilot Agentforce deployment.
• Strong experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Salesforce Flows, SOQL, SOSL, and Apex Triggers.
• Strong understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Security Model, Data Model, and Platform Architecture.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external applications using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and other integration technologies.
• Experience designing and implementing scalable, enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce development best practices, governance, code quality, and deployment processes.
• Experience mentoring developers and leading Salesforce implementation projects.
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, Application Architect, System Architect, or AI/Agentforce certifications are preferred.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
