Your Role at Baxter THIS IS WHERE you build trust to achieve results As a Lead, Sales - HST (Care and Connectivity), you take pride in representing Baxter and our products. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Sales to lead (Individual Contributor) our hospital solutions and Technologies business in the South and East India regions of India, focusing on the sales of OT equipment and hospital furniture. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building and managing the distributor network.
Location: North and West India Reporting to: Sr. National Sales Manager (India and neighboring countries)
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives in the assigned regions. Conduct market research, analyze trends, and identify potential opportunities for growth.
Generating the lead funnel, Improving the HST product awareness among the channels, users, Bio-medicals and Purchase teams to achieve and exceed sales targets, customer engagement, and product knowledge.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including hospitals, healthcare facilities, and other relevant participants. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Identify new sales channels, partnerships, and distribution networks to expand the company\'s presence in the South and East India regions.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and their offerings. Develop competitive strategies to maintain a strong market position.
Achieve and exceed sales targets by driving revenue growth in the assigned regions. Manage sales budgets and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
Conduct regular Product training and Demo for the users to enhance their product knowledge, and customer engagement.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for reviews monthly. Lead funnel management through SFDC, Regular work reporting on BOOST. Closely working with the technical, marketing, and clinical teams.
Master\’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Bio-medical engineering or a related field. 10+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the OT equipment and hospital furniture industry. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM software. Willingness to travel frequently (10-12 days/month) within the region.
