Stryker is seeking a dedicated Medical Education Program Coordinator in Gurugram to manage in-class and virtual training initiatives, coordinate logistics, and deliver educational content. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align programs with medical education strategy and business goals.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree, 4+ years of experience, strong presentation and analytical skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

• Relationship management skills in a sales/marketing function within a team environment or independently

• Maintain collaboration with broader Medical Education/product marketing/sales training, etc
• Lead Medical Education program coordination, logistics and content delivery

• Understand our Medical Education and business strategy
• Provide input to future plans
• Assist in defining business metrics
• Provide data and input to plan
• Understand KOLs profile and starts networking
• Understand and provide input to training and Medical Education workstreams
• Gain expertise in Medical Education programs and adapt programs with customer’s needs
• Understand the different communication channel strategies
• Partner with Marketing Communications to develop communications plan

Minimum Qualifications (Required):

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 4+ years of work experience required

Preferred Qualifications (Strongly desired):

• MBA preferred
• 2+ years medical device or Medical Education experience preferred
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
• Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority
• Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
