Persistent Systems in Pune is seeking an experienced Lead RPA Developer with Automation Anywhere to design, implement, and optimize enterprise-scale automation across the organization. The role requires guiding cross-functional teams, driving the automation lifecycle, and delivering scalable, secure solutions.

Ideal candidates bring 8–12 years of experience in software automation, strong Automation Anywhere capabilities, and proficiency in Python/Java/C#/.NET, SQL, APIs, and cloud concepts.

Qualifications

• 8 to 12 years of overall experience in software development, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Automation Anywhere architecture, bot development, deployment, and administration.
• Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-grade RPA solutions.
• Deep understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) principles, frameworks, and best practices.
• Experience with process analysis, process mapping, and automation opportunity assessment.
• Strong knowledge of Automation Anywhere Control Room and bot lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience in developing scalable, reusable, and secure automation solutions.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, or .NET.
• Experience working with SQL, database management, and data integration concepts.
• Familiarity with APIs, web services, and system integrations.
• Exposure to cloud platforms and modern enterprise application ecosystems.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and project management tools.
• Knowledge of other RPA platforms such as UiPath or Blue Prism is an added advantage.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex automation issues and production incidents.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, process documentation, and solution design artifacts.
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and infrastructure teams for successful project delivery.
• Ensure automation solutions are compliant with governance, risk, and operational guidelines.
