The role demands 8–12 years of software or automation experience, deep Automation Anywhere expertise, and strong leadership. You will mentor developers, ensure governance, and drive digital transformation across the organization.

Qualificações

• 8–12 years of experience in software development, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Automation Anywhere architecture, bot development, deployment, and administration.
• Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-grade RPA solutions.

This role will be responsible for leading automation initiatives, identifying process improvement opportunities, architecting scalable solutions, and driving digital transformation efforts across the organization.

• 8 to 12 years of overall experience in software development, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Automation Anywhere architecture, bot development, deployment, and administration.
• Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-grade RPA solutions.
• Deep understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) principles, frameworks, and best practices.
• Experience with process analysis, process mapping, and automation opportunity assessment.
• Strong knowledge of Automation Anywhere Control Room and bot lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience in developing scalable, reusable, and secure automation solutions.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, or .NET.
• Experience working with SQL, database management, and data integration concepts.
• Familiarity with APIs, web services, and system integrations.
• Exposure to cloud platforms and modern enterprise application ecosystems.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and project management tools.
• Knowledge of other RPA platforms such as UiPath or Blue Prism is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively with business users, architects, delivery teams, and leadership stakeholders.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
