Job summary

Ebullient Securities in India is seeking a high-energy Lead Recruiter to drive hiring across Quant Research, Trading, Technology and other critical functions in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

You will own end-to-end recruitment, build pipelines, lead campus hiring, partner with leadership, and manage interview processes and closures, ensuring top talent is brought in to support strategic growth.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience in high-performance environments such as HFT, proprietary trading, investment banking, hedge funds, fintech or technology.
• Experience hiring for technical, quantitative or niche roles is highly preferred.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills and ability to understand complex job requirements.
