Job summary

KLAY Preschool and Daycare is seeking an HR Lead Recruiter to manage full cycle recruitment—from sourcing to interviewing, evaluation, and offers. You will partner with managers to forecast hiring needs and drive recruiting strategies across channels.

Strong interviewing and employment-law awareness are preferred for success in this role. The position involves coordinating assessments, hosting recruitment events, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

Qualifications

• Basic HR generalist knowledge inferred from recruitment tasks.
• Familiarity with sourcing candidates across online platforms.

Responsibilities

• - Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Job portals, professional connections websites)
• - Use various sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates
• - Screen incoming resumes and application forms
• - Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
• - Prepare and distribute assignments.
• - Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
• - Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
• - Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
• - Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
• - Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
• - Act as a consultant to new hires and help them on board
