Job summary

Two Circles Ltd is seeking a Quality Engineer to join our cross-functional teams in Hyderabad. You will collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and delivery professionals to embed quality throughout the build process.

You will drive testing strategies, apply relevant heuristics, and work hands-on with automation to measure and improve product quality. This role requires strong communication and a curiosity to continually improve in a dynamic marketing tech environment.

Qualifications

• 5 years within the quality engineering space and a strong drive to improve processes.
• Proactive communication with teams and leadership to identify and resolve risks.
• Solid understanding of testing techniques and when to apply them in development.
• Working knowledge of test automation and building automated test frameworks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers, product managers and delivery teams in cross-functional squads.
• Advocate for a quality-first mindset across the development lifecycle.
• Embed QA practices and heuristics to ensure effective testing and feedback loops.
• Hands-on testing with engineers to measure quality as features are built.
• Hybrid role requiring in-office presence two days per week; travel to other offices as needed.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborating with your peers and engaging with Software Engineers, Product Managers, Delivery as part of our cross functional teams
• Advocating for the utilisation of the quality-first mindset throughout the development process
• Ensuring that we are embedding quality into our processes, utilising relevant techniques and heuristics where required to ensure effective testing and feedback loops
• You will be hands on, working with engineers to test and measure quality as products are being built
• This is a hybrid role - you are expected to be in the office 2 days a week, with occasional travel to other offices where required.

Requirements

• 5 years within the quality engineering space
• You have a strong desire to continually improve, with an innate curiosity and an eye for detail
• You have excellent communication skills, with the ability to proactively seek out and raise risks with relevant team members and leadership, working with them to help resolve any issues.
• You have a strong understanding of testing techniques, heuristics and processes - and how/when they are implemented during the development process
• You have a working understanding of test automation, its benefits and how it should be implemented along with knowledge of pitfalls. Bonus points if you have experience in building automated test frameworks to a working level!
• You have had exposure to applications built with any of the following:
