ShyftLabs is seeking a Lead QA Automation Engineer (Playwright) to spearhead QA strategy, framework development, and cross‑domain testing for Web, Mobile, API, Retail, and POS applications.

You will lead a hands‑on team, mentor engineers, and drive the adoption of Generative AI tools, notably Claude, to enhance test coverage, debugging, and maintenance across the product portfolio.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated hands-on expertise in Playwright, Appium, API testing and programming.
• Experience leading QA teams, setting QA strategy and mentoring engineers.
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and database validation is required.
• Ability to drive adoption of Generative AI tools to improve test automation.

Responsabilités
