Job summary

Adani Realty is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead multi-project delivery, establish PMO governance, and drive value across residential and commercial developments in India.

The role focuses on planning, monitoring, risk management, and stakeholder alignment with cross-functional teams from Design to Sales, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality targets are met.

You will implement process improvements and digital tools to enhance governance and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• MBA/PGDM in Project Management or related field preferred.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage integrated project plans, milestones, and delivery schedules across multiple projects.
• Establish PMO governance frameworks, reporting structures, and project control mechanisms.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, organizational standards, and operational guidelines.
• Track project progress against defined scope, schedule, cost, and quality parameters.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and key milestones to ensure timely execution.
• Coordinate with Project Heads, Design, Procurement, Contracts, Engineering, Finance, and Sales teams for project alignment.
• Identify schedule delays, operational bottlenecks, and execution risks, and drive corrective actions.
• Conduct periodic project reviews and implementation tracking.
• Track project budgets, commitments, expenditures, and cost performance indicators.
• Monitor project cash flow, resource utilization, and budget adherence.
• Review project performance against business objectives and recommend improvement initiatives.
• Support management in project prioritization and resource allocation decisions.
• Develop and maintain project risk registers.
• Identify potential project risks and mitigation strategies.
• Monitor risk resolution and escalation processes.
• Ensure proactive issue management to minimize project disruptions.
• Facilitate collaboration among internal departments and external consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Coordinate project review meetings with leadership and project teams.
• Support decision-making by providing accurate project analytics and recommendations.
• Ensure alignment between strategic business objectives and project execution plans.
• Prepare project MIS, dashboards, and executive reports for senior management.
• Provide visibility on project health indicators, schedule adherence, cost variance, and risk status.
• Analyze project data and trends to identify opportunities for operational improvements.
• Develop standardized reporting templates and project tracking mechanisms.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across project management practices.
• Implement project management tools, dashboards, and automation solutions.
• Support adoption of best practices in project governance and performance measurement.
• Promote data-driven decision-making across projects and functions.

Education

• Strong exposure to project lifecycle management, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and performance monitoring.
• Experience in handling large-scale residential, commercial, mixed-use, or township developments is desirable.
