Job summary

Ontrack HR Services Pvt LTD in India is seeking an experienced Project Manager for valve industry contracts. The role requires BE (Mechanical) with 8-10 years post-qualification experience and PMP certification to lead complex contracts from order receipt through warranty.

Responsibilities

• Manage the contract to control project costs and meet or exceed gross margin requirements.
• Increase order value at an increased profit.
• Project Planning & Scheduling, Cost Control, Revenue Planning.
• Project Progress Review Meetings with Team, Customer & Consultant.
• Negotiate contract extras with customer based on contractual scope changes.
• Coordinate and respond to all customer inquiries on technical/commercial issues.
• Coordinate work of engineering, QA, purchasing, production, shipping, and finance.
• Transmit drawings, data sheets, calculations, process procedures, tests and progress reports.
• Risk Analysis & Mitigation, Contractual Claims Management. Time Extensions.
• Negotiate CCI out of penalties when imposed by customer.
• Billing Plan Preparation & Approval with Customer.
• Contractual Communications with Customer & Progress Reporting
• Billing Submission, Payment Receivables Management
• Logistics Monitoring & Site Progress Review
• Post Commissioning Support to Customer
• Manage projects from receipt of order through expiration of warranty.
