Job summary

TalentXO in Pune, India is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the roadmap and delivery of consumer-focused digital journeys (app and web). You will translate business needs into backlogs, stories and acceptance criteria, and drive from discovery through go-live with post-launch monitoring.

The role requires 7+ years in product management, a strong analytics background, and fluent use of AI tools in daily practice.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience, with the most recent 3 years owning a consumer-facing product surface (app, web funnel, onboarding, checkout, or equivalent B2C surface).
• Metric-backed track record improving numbers with experiments, funnels, cohorts and causal reasoning.
• Fluent with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) in daily product practice.
• Primary link between business leaders, tech teams, design teams and external partners.
• Strong product writing and deep working knowledge of Agile frameworks and tools.
• Engineering degree and experience with top B2C fintech/insurance products.
• Pune based candidates only. Face-to-face interview for first round.

Responsibilities

• Maintain product roadmap and ensure alignment with POD Head and cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with IT, Design, Analytics, Operations, Risk and Compliance for timely execution.
• Review wireframes, flows and content to ensure journey consistency and adoption.
• Monitor KPI dashboards, leads, funnels and feature adoption for post-live governance.
• Plan and coordinate UAT, release notes and change management with stakeholders.
• Facilitate governance discussions and escalate blockers affecting delivery timelines.

Job description

1. Product roadmap and requirement management

Understand business objectives, customer pain points and channel priorities for App and Web journeys.

Translate business requirements into product backlog, user stories, BRDs, acceptance criteria and release scope.

Prioritize requirements basis business impact, customer experience, regulatory need and technology feasibility.

Maintain product roadmap and ensure alignment with POD Head, PMG, Business and Technology teams.

2. Product lifecycle and delivery management

Own delivery of assigned digital journeys from requirement discovery to go-live and post-launch monitoring.

Coordinate with IT, Design, Analytics, Operations, Risk and Compliance teams for timely execution.

Track sprint progress, dependencies, defects, UAT observations and release readiness.

Ensure all deliverables are closed as per approved scope, quality standards and committed timelines.

3. Customer journey and UI/UX coordination

Work with DCX/UI-UX teams to design clear, intuitive and customer-friendly journeys.

Review wireframes, screen flows, communication content and customer touchpoints for journey consistency.

Identify customer friction points and recommend improvements to improve adoption and conversion.

4. KPI monitoring and post-live governance

Monitor journey performance through leads, funnel conversion, drop-offs, feature adoption and business output.

Work with Analytics teams to validate KPI dashboards and highlight performance gaps.

Drive post-live issue resolution, improvement backlog and course correction actions.

5. UAT, release and change governance

Plan and coordinate UAT with Business, Product, Operations and Technology stakeholders.

Ensure defects are tracked to closure and release sign-offs are obtained before deployment.

Support release notes, training inputs, SOP updates and communication for new launches.

6. Stakeholder management and governance

Facilitate discussions with Business, PMG, IT, COE, Analytics, DCX, Risk and Compliance teams.

Prepare project updates, risk trackers, milestone status and governance notes for POD Head review.Escalate blockers impacting delivery timelines, business performance or customer experience.

7. Team development and execution discipline

Guide managers and team members on requirement detailing, UAT discipline, delivery tracking and product governance.

Establish ownership, review rhythm and documentation hygiene within the product delivery team.

Requirements

• Strong Senior Product Manager — Vertical Products (Fintech, Growth & Conversion) Profile
• Mandatory(Experience 1)- Must have 7+ years of product management experience, with the most recent 3 years spent owning a consumer-facing product surface (app, web funnel, onboarding, checkout, or equivalent B2C surface
• Mandatory(Experience 2)- Must have a metric-backed track record improving numbers — owned numbers, a steady experimentation cadence (A/B tests, rollouts, readouts), and comfort with analytics: funnels, cohorts, drivers, causal reasoning, measurement hygiene
• Mandatory(Experience 3)- Must be fluent with AI — active, habitual use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or equivalent) in daily product practice
• Mandatory(Stakeholder Mgmt)- Must be able to act as the primary link between business leaders, tech teams, design teams and external partners — communicating roadmap, priorities, trade-offs, and performance readouts to senior stakeholders
• Mandatory(Product Writing & Agile Delivery) - Must have strong product writing — problem briefs, PRD-lite/user stories, experiment plans, decision logs — and deep working command of Agile frameworks and tools
• Mandatory(Company) - Must be from Top B2C product company (FinTech , InsuranceTech is the priority)
