Siemens Bengaluru is seeking an experienced IT Application Management professional to own end-to-end lifecycle of business applications worldwide. You will drive cybersecurity, compliance, governance, and service delivery across a portfolio, coordinating with global stakeholders and providers.

Qualifications

• Experience in Application Management, IT Service Management, or a similar IT role.

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of business applications from onboarding to retirement.
• Drive cybersecurity, compliance, and governance activities across a portfolio of digital services.
• Act as the key contact between business stakeholders, service providers, and technical teams.
• Improve service quality, operational performance, and user experience through KPIs and continuous improvement.
• Support risk management, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance activities.
• Lead service reviews and governance meetings with global stakeholders.
• Identify automation opportunities and modernize application operations through digital solutions.
• Manage a diverse portfolio of business-critical applications across multiple countries.
• Work at the intersection of cybersecurity, application management, compliance, and digital transformation.
• Collaborate with global Siemens teams and senior stakeholders.
• Influence strategic decisions regarding application lifecycle and operational excellence.
• Gain exposure to modern technologies and governance frameworks.
