Job description
- R&D/Engineering experience for Power Conversion Systems (PCS) and Energy Management Systems (EMS) domain
- Experience in PCS/inverters, X-in-1 systems, including requirements analysis, system design, development, validation and certification
- Experience in hardware and software for EMS
- Experience in handling power electronics for BESS projects or mobility EV projects
- Experience in handling product issues, projects, trouble shooting, problem solving for quality and performance
- Very good design-to-cost experience with deep understanding of cost drivers and optimisation levers
- Very good stakeholder management skills, communication skills – experience in working with suppliers
