Job summary

• Work on power electronics for BESS or mobility EV projects.
• Address product issues, troubleshooting, and problem solving for quality and performance.
• Support design-to-cost optimizations and stakeholder coordination with suppliers.

• Experience in PCS/inverters, X-in-1 systems, including requirements analysis, system design, development, validation and certification
• Experience in hardware and software for EMS
• Experience in handling power electronics for BESS projects or mobility EV projects
• Experience in handling product issues, projects, trouble shooting, problem solving for quality and performance
• Very good design-to-cost experience with deep understanding of cost drivers and optimisation levers
• Very good stakeholder management skills, communication skills – experience in working with suppliers
