Adani Group in Mumbai seeks a seasoned Program Manager to lead real estate development programs, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and regulatory requirements.

You will shape strategies to optimize timelines and budgets, mentor the PM team, and collaborate with design, construction, finance, and legal for seamless delivery. The role requires extensive national-level leadership experience in real estate/infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 15 years of work experience in real estate/infrastructure.
• 5 years independently leading function in mid/large scale organization.
• Led function for multiple locations / national level in large MNC / Indian conglomerates.
• Experience in Real Estate/Infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee programs for real estate development projects aligned with organizational goals.
• Develop and implement project management strategies to optimize performance, timelines, and budgets.
• Provide strategic guidance to the program management team for high performance and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with design, construction, finance, and legal for seamless execution of projects.
• Collaborate for risk management, issue resolution, and change management processes to mitigate disruptions.
• Establish KPIs and regularly monitor and report on project performance to senior management.
• Identify and evaluate risks and opportunities, providing recommendations for mitigation and value creation.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and transparent interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
• Intervene to resolve bottlenecks, resource constraints, and other delivery blockers.
• Oversee continuity and drive digital systems adoption.

1. Lead and oversee the programs for real estate development projects ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
2. Develop and implement project management strategies to optimize project performance, timelines, and budget adherence
3. Provide strategic guidance and direction to the program management team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, construction, finance, and legal to ensure seamless execution of projects
5. Collaborate for risk management, issue resolution, and change management processes to mitigate project disruptions and delays
6. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly monitor and report on project performance to senior management
7. Identify and evaluate potential risks and opportunities within the project portfolio, providing recommendations for proactive risk mitigation and value creation
8. Drive stakeholder engagement and communication, ensuring transparent and effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders
9. Intervene to resolve systemic bottlenecks, resource caps, people, process, technology, materials, regulatory, and other resources.
10. Oversight on capability for continuity. Drive digital systems adaptation and usage.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering and MBA
• 15 years of work experience.
• 5 years of independently leading function in mid / large scale organization in relevant sector.
• Must have led function for multiple locations / National level in large MNC / Indian / Conglomerates
