Job summary

AU SMALL FINANCE BANK is seeking an experienced Payment Application Support Lead to drive end-to-end for NEFT, RTGS, UPI, IMPS workflows, ensuring system stability and rapid issue resolution.

You will mentor the support team, coordinate with business, technical teams, and vendors, and oversee deployments while maintaining banking standards. Strong Oracle/SQL, Unix/Linux, and IBM-MQ expertise is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Payment Application Support; 2+ years in a lead role.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle/SQL, Unix/Linux, IBM-MQ, and payment systems.
• Experience with NEFT, RTGS, UPI, IMPS workflows; Indian banking domain preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
