Job summary

ACG seeks an experienced engineer to drive panel and machine integration for hardware control systems. You will oversee panel fabrication, machine installation and integration, and support verification against project timelines and global regulatory standards.

You will perform wired I/O tests, configure machine settings, and coordinate with hardware engineering for purchasing and ERP handoffs, with an emphasis on timely delivery and energy management compliance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in panel fabrication and machine installation.
• Experience with electrical hardware and schematic design.
• Proven ability to lead or handle a team.
• Willingness to relocate to Shirwal location near Pune in future.

Responsibilities

• Drive panel and machine integration work for hardware control systems per Global regulatory and ACG standards.
• Monitor and manage panel fabrication, machine installation and integration activities.
• Support Automation & Controls Head in verification of process inputs to meet project timelines.
• Execute machine function tests with wired control panels (I/O tests, machine settings and functions).
• Release ITR test protocols to QA for product testing.
• Coordinate with Lead Hardware engineering for purchasing and SOB from EPLAN to Team Center ERP.
• Be aware of ISO 50001:2018 Energy Management Systems (EnMS).

Role & responsibilities

• Drive panel & machine integration work for hardware controls systems as per Global regulatory and ACG Company standards in-order to achieve on time delivery in full for production machines.
• Monitoring & Managing the function related activities which includes panel fabrication, machine installation & integration.
• Supporting Automation & Controls Head in verification of process inputs for the Automation department in order to Project timelines from PPC Change Request form Project Management Service department; customer& Field feedback and CAPA.
• Execution of machine functions tests with wired control panel (I/O tests, machine settings and function)
• Release ITR test protocols to hand over to QA for Product testing.
• Co-ordinate with Lead Hardware engineering for purchasing to be able to generate SOB from EPLAN to team centre ERP.
• Awareness of ISO 50001:2018 Energy Management Systems (EnMS)
