Job summary

ACG in Pune seeks an experienced engineer to drive panel wiring and machine integration. You will coordinate with Assembly, PPC and QA to ensure on-time delivery and successful ITR/QA handovers. The role involves ERP clearance, change control, and adherence to global standards.

You will support FAT point reviews, stock checks, and collaboration across stores, procurement and projects teams to ensure first time right delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in panel wiring and machine integration.
• Familiarity with P&ID, EPLAN, BOM and EP-Schematic.
• Proficiency with SAP ERP for machine clearance.
• Knowledge of QA tests and ITR processes.
• Awareness of industry standards such as IS/IEC/CE/UL.

Responsibilities

• Execute panel and machine integration using approved P&ID, EPLAN including BOM and EP-Schematic.
• Deliver panel and equipment in time according project timeline in coordination with Assembly and PPC.
• Prepare equipment for ITR and handover to QA for function tests.
• Support execution in equipment function tests with wired control panel (I/O tests, ITR, machine settings).
• Execute FAT points and changes via change control process.

Functional

• 01 Execute Panel and machine Integration using approved P&ID, EPLAN including BOM and EP-Schematic
• 02 Deliver panel and equipment in time according project timeline in coordination with Assembly and PPC
• 03 Make equipment ready for ITR and handover to QA for function tests.
• 04 Support execution in equipment functions tests with wired control panel (I/O tests, ITR, machine settings and function)
• 05 Execution of control panel ITR before FAT in order to report panel ITR on yellow pages.
• 06 ERP system clearance for completed machine (SAP Confirmation)
• 07 Change Request for drawing/ layout corrections to Hardware team.
• 08 Execution of FAT points/ scope changes through change control process
• 09 Execution and support in statutory stock checking process
• 10 Managing material flow from stores to Assembly
• 11 Ensuring material availability in co-ordination with PPC and procurement
• 12 Support lead for internal and external audits, kaizens activities, 6S
• 13 Handover third party documentation and certification to Documentation team
• 14 Co-ordinate with Assembly and Dispatch team for machine dispatch
• 15 Co-ordinate with Lead Hardware engineering for purchasing to be able to generate SOB from EPLAN to team centre ERP
• 16 Support Lead Design & Integration at the units for Validation & QA Process
• 17 Adherence to business rules related to project execution defined by company standards

• 01 Adherence to business rules and regulations, ACGE guidelines, (ISO, Rules/ regulations etc for common)

People development

• 01 Training on Company Standards & Global Standards, IS, IEC, CE & UL through SOPs, work instructions etc.
• 02 Train on new tools & technology
