Job summary

Aditya Birla Group's Paints division in Mumbai invites a seasoned Lead Network Planning professional (Designation: Manager) to own network planning, master data governance and logistics optimization. Based in India, this role partners with plants, sales and IT to drive efficiency.

Key duties include STO planning, inventory deployment, dispatch priority management, SAP IBP initiatives and MIS reporting with dashboards and insights on service levels and inventory.

• Optimize inventory allocation between Plants ,OPC, RDC & Depot
• Reduce excess STOs and improve deployment efficiency.

Dispatch Priority Management

• Monitor priority SKU servicing
• Review stock cover, identify shortages
• Govern priority compliance and drive corrective action.

Inventory & Service Level Optimization

• Fill rate and inventory productivity through proactive planning.

Logistics Optimization & FTL Conversion

• Top-up planning and transportation efficiency.

SAP IBP & Digital Transformation

• Automation projects, UAT activities
• business requirement gathering and digital roadmap execution.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Governance

• Conduct planning reviews with plants, logistics, sales, IT and consulting partners.
• Drive action closure and decision governance.

MIS, Analytics & Reporting

• Publish dashboards, performance reports and analytical
• insights covering STO ageing, service levels, inventory and dispatch compliance.
